Thanks, Melody, for commenting on my recent marsh painting. This is such a striking composition - the narrow vertical format with high horizon - and the way the values go from light at the top to deep at the bottom, in the water. Really lovely.

Thank you all! I could see early on that this one was just going right where I wanted it to. The larger canvas, big palette knives and more paint volume just let me be more free.
